Shipping

Our shipping rates and delivery estimates vary by location, product, and the number of certain products in the order. Below are some examples and guidelines:

Not all the items listed on our site are available for immediate fulfillment, and in that case, we will contact you with an order update. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available for certain locations. Also, depending on the type of items ordered, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the fastest time frame.

Unless otherwise noted, all items available for purchase on the website are in stock in one of our warehouses. Items that are backordered contain a note indicating this fact. If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the usual timeframe, we will immediately contact you.

Returns

If you need to return an order, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Wheels and tires must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • We recommend that you insure shipping of items valued more than $500 when returning to us. We are not responsible for any damages during return shipping.
  • Items that have been customized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All items must be returned in new, unused condition, and will undergo quality checks.
  • If you want to return any products, you must contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery.
  • If you purchased wheels only and mounted them on tires, we cannot accept them for return.
  • Delivery and return shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • If you return or cancel an order once it has been processed for any reason that is not an error on our side or problem with the product, you may be responsible for a 20% restocking fee.
